Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of industrial warehouse equipment used by companies across the world. They are looking for a key account rep to manage a small base of customers and develop several key accounts across Quebec and Atlantic Provinces. You are mechanically inclined, like technical solutions and are able to sell "high and wide".

Functions:

Develop and implement plans for strategic accounts to exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability and customer satisfaction/loyalty. -Pursue long-term account strategies that maximize profits.
Assist in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate key account decision makers. -Develop a complete understanding of organizations structures and key buying influences of assigned accounts.
Provide management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels. -Develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels within the territory.
Represent company at industry events (trade shows, seminars). -Continuously pursue new business possibilities through sales promotions, sales leads, and cold calling.

Job Requirements:

Academic University or College graduate in the disciplines of engineering, business or sales/marketing (an advanced degree may be substituted for experience).
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 plus years of experience in the industry is required
  You can and enjoy working shoulder to shoulder with your manager -You are comfortable and successful with sales cycles of up to 8 months -You have demonstrated success selling projects
