Job Description:

Profile: Our client offers unique highly specialized business services to thousands of clients in various industries. Being in full expansion, they are currently looking for a strategic Account Manager to manage an existing customer base as well as getting new business. They offer superior quality services on the market and are looking for a representative  with a proven track record of strategic sales. Deep knowledges within the industry of energy, aerospace and/or HVAC would be a major asset.

Territory: Vertical territory

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services:  Highly specialized business  services

Salary: $45 000 to $75 000 depending on experience

Commissions/Bonus: 40% of base salary

Car allowance: Vehicle provided or car allowance + fuel paid

Expenses reimbursement: All business expenses reimbursed

Functions:

Functions:

Develop and manage business relationships with senior decision-makers

Identify business opportunities, manage their development by offering bids or rates to the decision-makers

Develop budgets and provide sales analysis and reports

Work closely with the operations, logistics and finance departments to ensure the quality of service and to manage customer`s expectations

Develop major accounts in an vertical industry both in the existing customer base as well as with the new customers

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%

Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%

Languages: French and English (written and spoken required)

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Training: Training will be provided

Overnight Travel: less than 25%

Years’ of experience: 5 years' experience in complex account management and strategic business development

Other requirements:

Consultative sales approach is a must

Capable of showing a proven track record in strategic business development

Capable of demonstrating great success in exceeding sales targets in the past

Managed major accounts within an assigned industry

Developing lasting business relationships with senior decision-makers

Transferable contacts: N/A

Transferable Knowledge: Deep knowledge in a specific vertical   will definitively be considered
