We are currently expanding and on the lookout for a account executive to join our team. This is a 360 desk role where the selected candidate will be responsible for generating and closing their own book of business.You must be comfortable working with a small team and represent Sirius Personnel and its values within a positive, fast pace, and efficient environment.

Functions:

Prospect and develop new clients
Achieve and surpass monthly sales objectives
Visit client establishments to better understand their environment
Negotiate signature of our client service agreement contracts respecting the Sirius Personnel norms
Conduct CRM researches as well as use other research tools to source top talent
Enter interview notes into CRM on a daily basis
Keep CRM information on your clients and candidates up to date
Communicate comments and follow ups for clients and candidates in a prompt manner
Document client visits
Participate in weekly meetings and other team building activities

Job Requirements:

Academic Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 2 years experience in a business development role
  Must have good listening skills
Must be a sharp communicator
Must have a proven track record in sales
