Company Profile:

Our client sells consulting services to companies across Canada. This new position is to manage their experienced sales people located across Canada. We are looking for a sales manager who has implemented a CRM, knows activity and funnel management and is comfortable with it.


Manage a sales team of 8 people across Canada
Motivate and initiate the sales team in achieving the sales objectives, from initiation to completion of the sales cycle.
Meet regularly with the sales team to review the customer relationship and progress in current prospects
Identify, through interaction with clients and / or prospects, business opportunities in connection with offerings of services.
Increase business opportunities by developing and maintaining a reliable network of contacts
Provide support and training to the sales team by defining actions to be taken to achieve their sales objectives using company methodology in the sales process.
Lead his/her sales team to develop synergies amongst team members, to motivate personnel, and to create a level of dynamism that results in the team maximizing its results.
Roll out and implement company's new funnel management tool-ensure compliance
Produce reports as needed for company executives
Oversee the integration of new services and assist in developing a sales plan for these new services.

Job Requirements:

Academic *University degree in Business Administration or Commerce
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)-excellent English writing skills needed.
Experience 7 to 10 years in the sales division of a Business to Business company, selling consulting services or complex products and managing strategic partners
  Proven track record in generating new business
Has a soft touch in working with your reps but you are a results oriented manager
You have great skills in organizing your time, work and agenda
Excellent in producing and interpreting reports
