Coupled with the equipment, they wrap their professional services around that to provide a comprehensive integrated solution to carriers and telecos.They are in search of a Sales Director who will manage a team of sales hunters who are arranged vertically.

Functions:

Manage a team of sales hunters selling into major accounts
Mange activity via Salesforce.com
Ensure 90% compliance by sales people with Salesforce.com
Manage the forecasting and funnel management piece with your team
Assist sales team with complex deals by being on the road with them
Performance management where necessary
Help sales people move up the value chain within their customer base
Meet and Exceed sales, booking and revenue targets

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree or equivalent work experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A minimum of 5 years as a sales manager required
  "Can-do" attitude
