Company Profile:

Our client a national insurance company and is in need of a bilingual trainer to take care of the province of Quebec. You will be responsible for all 'new hire training' and follow up training. Knowledge of personal insurance is a must.

Functions:

Assumes a lead role in the implementation and delivery of the company Consultant Training & Field Development Program.
Assumes a lead role in the implementation and delivery of the insurance training support platform.
Works with the local management team to strategically position Company corporate training programs and services.
Monitors local market and competitive career development programs.
Delivers specific training sessions within the platform, focusing on Business Discipline, Business Planning, Investment Planning and Communication skills training.
Provides feedback, program analysis and evaluation of course content and training delivery systems to Head Office.
Delivers train the trainer sessions to field management and specialists.
Participates in the development and validation of new training programs.

Job Requirements:

Academic *College Degree *Certificate/enrolment in a certificate in Training or Adult Education would be an asset *Completion/enrolment in an accredited financial planning program leading to the CFP designation, or equivalent, an asset.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) - You will be required to give courses in both languages.
Experience Minimum 5 years of field experience in a consultant, management or training capacity.
