Company Profile:

Our client is in the recycling and waste management industry serving residential, commercial and industrial customers. We are looking for a customer service and distribution manager who will work with dispatch, supervise a team and work with operations in general coordination.

Functions:

Participates in the hiring for his/her team and provides training.
Supervise the work of his/her team work distribution routes, assignment of drivers to routes and road closures in the company's system.
Produces the schedules for his/her team.
Manages absences due to illness or another.
Validates attendance sheets to allow employees to payroll processing.
Manages the calendar of holidays / absences of his/her team.
Ensures monitoring procedures and policy delivery according to established service levels with customers
Checks the quality of services rendered by dispatchers and clerks taking calls and road closures.
Participates in the process of route optimization. Working with the logistics analyst, drivers and operations supervisor to increase productivity and service roads.

Job Requirements:

Academic College diploma or relevant work experience required.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 years experience supervising staff and distribution
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc..) and the Internet.
Ability to guide and direct staff.
Capacity training and skills transfer.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and control.
Skills in analysis and problem solving
