Company Profile:

Our client is a well known, national company in search of a Regional Sales Manager to focus on their courrier business. You will manage a team of 5 sales representatives .

Functions:

Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets with team
Ensure that sales strategies are followed and that team members receive appropriate training based on their individual needs
Responsible for selection and development of sales representatives
Maintain relationships with key customers
Maintain regular communication with your reps through regular 1 on 1's and account reviews
Ensure that reps manage territory performance targets, while maintaining customer satisfaction and overall results
Participates in management meetings to ensure that the LTL reps cross sell with reps from other sales team (other product lines)
Build rapport with both internal and external customers

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor's degree mandatory
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5-7 years sales experience
2 years Sales management experience
  The successful candidate must be highly organized, with excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, and have a strong ability to work well under pressure
The candidate must have a proven track record of success in leading teams
