Our client is a division of a European manufacturing company. They distribute products across North America. They offer highly specialized products (assembly of components and metal parts).

Functions:

Reporting to the Sales VP, the Customer Service Manager will interact with the persons in these positions : Production Chief, Technical Services Chief, Financial Controller and Client Project Managers.
Manages the execution of orders and projects.
Plans and coordinates all activities in an effort to fill customer orders.
Synchronizes production with the installation team. Must work with many departments.
Acts as a bridge between customers from the time of the order until delivery.
Controls the projects costs.
Ensures that deadlines from order to completion of order, are met.
Manage the different relationships across North America, including service calls,installation and service contracts.

Job Requirements:

Academic * College degree in a technical field.
Languages * Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken).
Experience Minimum of 5 to 8 years in a pertinent field with client interfacing.
  Likes working in an organized and structured environment with clear business procedures.
People person with social skills who is results oriented.
Sense of urgency and action-oriented.
