Company Profile:

Our client is a provider of HVAC products. We are looking for someone strong technically who can sell HVAC products and services to commercial customers within a defined territory. You will be charged with taking care of the approximately 500 existing customers and hunting for new customers. The ideal candidate can work with a range of clients, from mechanic room supervisors to senior executives.

Functions:

Promote and sell HVAC solutions through repair, modernization, and replacement “turnkey” projects -Support the business growth initiatives of branch operations and management/corporate plans
Build solid business relationships directly with existing and new customers such as building owners, multi-facility owners/managers, corporate clients and property management organizations.
Partner with the owners or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of our offerings -Anticipate and effectively identify mechanical and controls system-operational enhancements in an effort to promote sales solutions
Provide dedicated customer service with focus on new customers and customer retention. -Promote and sell maintenance contracts

Job Requirements:

Academic Post secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience At least 5 years of technical HVAC service sales experience
  A self-starter, who has excellent initiative and interpersonalcommunications skills -Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
