Company Profile:

Our client is a well known manufacturer of tires slated for all types of industries. This position is responsible for the interfacing with the customer at the retail store level for the purposes of product/program training, enhancing the customer store staff’s ability to sell the products, evaluating and reporting upon the overall store shopping conditions, assessing the deployment effectiveness of the company promotional programs, and providing feedback to the Customer Teams


Execute customer store level plans and report feedback/observations to the Customer Teams.
Execute the strategy for high priority customers to improve the business performance of the company's products based on specific market requirements and category plans.
Provide sales enhancing training to the retail store staff. Identify and work with key contacts to coordinate special event training sessions.
Convey product and relevant marketing information to the retail store staff that will enable them to more effectively sell the company's products.
Coordinate with Customer Development and Retail Marketing teams to maximize business opportunities and educate on promotions and programs.
Evaluate and assess competitor products, position, and price within retail stores.
Report relevant information to the Customer Teams and evaluate trends and impacts observed within the assigned territory.
Provide selling advantages to retail store staff for the company's products relative to competitors.
Evaluate the overall conditions of the retail stores and provide feedback to the Customer Teams.
Assess the compliance and effective execution of the company's promotional programs and report the summary results to the Customer Teams.
This position must meet various contacts that are external and internal to the organization. INTERNALLY: -Must review specific customer objectives and action plans, and provide feedback on observations to the Retail Development Manager. -Shares finding, concerns, trends, and best practices with other Retail Development Specialists. -Coordinate business plans with the strategic plan for various customer teams and functions with Channel Teams EXTERNALLY: Provide training, address questions, and discuss general business conditions that will enable a more thorough accomplishment of objectives with customers.

Job Requirements:

Academic A university degree or education is necessary to successfully perform this job.
Languages Effective written and verbal communication skills in french and english
Experience 3-5 years experience in Field Sales and/or operational support experience
