Our client sells high end services and is looking for a Sales Director who will manage 3 sales managers and their inside sales team. You are very familiar with the use of a CRM, can extrapolate the information and come up with what is needed to attain the right amount of productivity.

Functions:

Manage the entire sales and support teams; -Create and ensure maintenance of sales plan (40% -50% sales increase with major focus on increase of repeat business)
Manage sales compensation to align with plans and seasonal needs; -Develop metrics and tracking to measure the performance of the sales organization and make improvements
Ensure personnel is trained to ensure product knowledge that matches the high-end positioning of the organization -Develop and maintain competitive product knowledge and expertise in sales in the areas of hospitality, business strategies, and industry trends.
Ensure that the managers reporting to you are growing their skills and competences

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor/MBA or equivalent experience
Languages Excellent spoken and written English, Spanish and French an asset
Experience A Minimum of five (5) years of relevant business and management experience in a service organization
