This is a newly created position and they are looking for a strong leader who can help team members winback and retain customers.The ideal candidate will help generate and design new programs for both the novice and the experienced customer that will drive demand for our services while maximising revenue opportunities.

Functions:

Manage customer activation and winback team (4 people).
Evaluate the compensation plan of team to determine if it will motivate team to achieve goals.
Manage multiple concurrent sales & winback programs.
Interpret an array of customer data and work with business owners to continually optimize and improve customer conversion and winback statistics.
Drive online sales to achieve weekly, monthly, annual sales targets.
Incent team to reactivate dormant and lapsed customers.
Manage and motivate dedicated Sales representatives.
Prepare business intelligence reporting on program activity.
Co-ordinate multi-product Sales offers across Sportsbook, Casino and Poker.
Motivate & drive a team of representatives, with a real focus on the bottom line.
Drive customer engagement through introduction of innovative sales offers.
Set in place matrix for team members to follow in an effort to achieve their goals.
Measure effectiveness of sales teams members via matrix.
Identify skill sets and competencies necessary to be effective in the job.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a relevant field.
Languages * Excellent written and spoken English. * Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.
Experience Minimum of two (2) years sales / online sales / customer service / telemarketing.
Minimum of five (5) years on successful call center management experience with an emphasis on winback, retention and KPI's.
Experience of customer acquisition in an online environment will be an asset..
Experience of online gaming an advantage.
