Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to put together a sales team to sell e-learning solutions to financial institutions etc. You will build and manage an inside and outside sales team responsible for selling e-learning solutions in the financial field. Someone with an interest in investments and financial services would be well-suited for this position. A strong background in web 2.0 and technology is needed. While you bring concepts to the table, you can execute and bring value quickly to the organization. You will work hand in hand with the President and CEO and be a key member of the management team.

Functions:

Define, plan and execute on a sales strategy while respecting the marketing and overall business plan -Develop and manage sales channels consisting of internal and external development business units
Establish and coordinate sales compensation plans -Get involved in the process of marketing new concepts and programs
Develop contracts for our partners -Establish and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs)
Participate in the yearly establishment of sales goals and objectives -Coordinate the management of the CRM to ensure communication with our clients

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree in administration with a specialization in marketing/business or relevant work experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 10 years relevant sales and marketing experience with 3 to 5 years sales management experience needed
  You are innovative and creative -You are able to mobilize people -You are entrepreneurial in nature
