Our client is a radio network leader in Quebec.

Functions:

Develop and execute the annual sales business plan of the radio station, in order to reach the local sales objectives. Make sure to realise the local sales budgets and take some proactive measures to increase the revenues. Be responsible of a personnal sales budget.
Develop and maintain som business relationship with principal clients and agencies.
Manage efficiently the sales team. Negociate the salary agreement with the publicity representatives.
Contribute to the development of the station and his householding. Support the programmation and promotion services. Collaborate with the credit service in order to assure effective collect of receivable accounts.

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in marketing or commerce is a major asset, or equivalent experience.
Languages Excellent skills to communicate (written and spoken) in English and French
Experience Experience of 7 to 10 years in media sales field, of which a minimum of 3 years in sales team management position.
