Our client is the trusted partner to many companies in the area of records management and information protection. The successful candidate will be responsible for local business development/sales, architecting, promoting the DMS solution set, identifying, qualifying and securing new business opportunities within their assigned geographic territory. The territory includes: Quebec City, Trois Rivieres, Drummondville and Sherbrooke.

Functions:

Perform functions to sell the company services, their reputation and products in order to obtain sales and secure new business accounts in assigned territory (Quebec, Montreal, Laval and Montreal West Island). Clientele : Medium to large enterprises.
Prospect and qualify leads via telemarketing, referrals etc...to obtain maximum sales and potential volume from all markets in assigned territory.
Set up appointments and make sales presentations.
Participate in local marketing activities including trade shows and direct marketing program to promote company services and identity.
Prepare special or standard proposals, including pricing quotations, terms of sales and transfer dates as requested by potential customers.
Plan, develop, and execute sales strategy and tailor to potential clients.
Keep informed on competitive services, promotional matters, sales techniques, pricing and marketing policies.
Utilize ressources and perform research to determine sales patterns and strategies.
Understand and maintain current knowledge on the company's products, services, features, benefits and applications for the company's services and systems.
Communicate, interface with and instruct account management and operations regarding customers implementation, set up, operations, special conditions etc...of new customers.
Perform start up customer training as required (i.e. new customers).
Utilize software management to track leads and target market segments. Ensure system is update for accurate national database.
Work with general manager and regional sales manager to identify market changes and revise strategy.
Conform to company sales reporting guidelines.
Represent the company in trade associations.
Special project as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelors degree preferably in a business related field or equivalent work experience.
Languages *Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Five (5) years minimum corporate selling (B2B) experience in a service industry and Document Management Solutions sales preferred
Candidates that have experience selling in Quebec City for a minimum of 8 years would be preferred
  Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to interface effectively at all levels of the company and customer personnel (to include c-level) on a wide range of topics and issues
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Multi-tasking is a daily requirement

Full benefits package
Significant overachiement commissions plan. $50K additionnal at 120% of plan
Possibility to work from home. Office located in Quebec. The represetative have to be based in the Quebec area.
The representative will have to travel to Montréal once a week
