Functions:

As part of the retail sales force, you will contribute to the attainment of the overall objectives of the Commercialization department. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), your main focus will be acquiring, developing, managing and servicing your customer base over a determined geographic region. Your clientele consists of independent pharmacies.
Customer Management and Development
Building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
Acting as the single point of contact between customers and Pharmascience.
Opportunity analysis: analyzing customer sales as well as current and future needs for products to uncover opportunities and further develop the customer by providing creative solutions.
Negotiating new agreements.
Contacting / visiting customers on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction with products and sales service.
Developing and executing territory and customer yearly business plans.
Marketing and Promotion
Communicating information about new product launches and formulary listings to customers.
Promoting products through the communication of the features and benefits of existing products.
Selling products by negotiating quantities, negotiating marketing allowances and using product rebate strategies.
Analyzing competitors and their products.
Implementing marketing programs.
Internal Role
Recording customer orders and performing order-tracking and follow-up activities up to order reception at customer site.
Producing and submitting sales reports, CME reports, expense reports.
Providing a monthly activity report.
Participating in annual reviews.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor in Science or Commerce
Languages French written and spoken English necessary
Experience 2 to 4 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical products
