Our client is involved in the provision of audit, tax and transaction advisory services. Their professional services are used by all of the Fortune 1000 accounts. The goal of the Account Coordinator is to support a portfolio of Priority Accounts in the achievement of business development and growth objectives by providing advanced sales process and account management support.

Functions:

Coordinate and provide ongoing support to Priority Accounts (4 to 6 accounts) in the account management process.
Champion and coordinates the effective utilization of all account management methodology and business development tools.
Participates in the development of the account plan and manages the quarterly review process.
Proactively manages the relationship matrix and relationship activity plans, including regularly updating a contact and relationship database.
Identifies relevant Thought Leadership and appropriate industry collateral to share with clients and for client touchpoints.
Coordinate regular account team meetings, capture meeting action items, identifies individual commitments and ensures follow-up on action items.
Monitors account business development funnel to identify and report gaps to ensure a full and flowing business development funnel.
Process support to business development pursuits including the coordination of the use of marketing collateral, research, business analysis and competitive intelligence.
Support account centric approach by developing a working knowledge of service line and solution offerings.
Coordinate and execute all reporting requirements for account team including liaising with local teams regarding fees, expenses, etc.
Work with Priority Account teams to establish knowledge requirements and protocols.
Disseminate knowledge and intelligence, ie. press releases, media coverage, industry and competitor knowledge.
Coach account team members on where and how to find information and utilize knowledge resources relevant to the account.
Act as the central point of contact for the account team.
Coordinate training requirements of accounts.
Preparation and coordination of all account communications; ‘go to’ resource for communication.

Job Requirements:

Academic Completion of a university degree in a business discipline, or equivalent experience.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in a business to business role.
Previous coordination and administrative experience in combination.
Proven success in coordinating a program or coordinating a sales or marketing related discipline.
  A naturally curious individual who is persistent and tenacious in their approach.
An individual who is instinctively proactive and intuitive.
A self-starter who solves problems on their own with little guidance or supervision.
Someone with a good understanding of the strategic sales approach.
