Functions:

Meet sales target for the assigned territories by working in collaboration with the business development manager Close sales by effectively managing the sales process from start to finish while ensuring appropriate involvement of third party participants such as family members, children, lawyer, etc.
Continuous learning - product knowledge, selling skills and relationship management techniques Prepare in a timely manner sales reports for the management team
Managed and proactively respond to incoming leads in order to convert these leads in sales Communicate on regular basis with the business development manager and the partners to keep them informed of the progress in terms of documentation (customer's info, proposition, etc...)
Communicate with different internal department to insure that the requests have been taken care of in a timely manner and with no mistakes Manage the customer base (CRM), give their input on customers requests and organise the meetings and events for the participation of the the business development managers

Job Requirements:

Academic Post-Secondary education
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience with particular emphasis selling in a commission driven environment Experience in financial services, real estate or insurance sales is a definite asset
  Results oriented with a strong understanding of the current financial services environment -Exceptional communication skills, particularly telephone selling skills and etiquette -Ability to self manage within a “pay for performance” compensation model -Superior sales and interpersonal skills -Superior organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple client files simultaneously
