Company Profile:

Our client is a well know publisher. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for a group in transition within the industry and within the company.

Functions:

Spend 60-75% of time actively monitoring and coaching staff for progress.
Take personal responsibility for the growth and development of inside sales reps.
Develop relevant sales strategies and training approach for measurable staff improvement and increased sales.
Serve as communication resource for reps concerning current industry trends, the client’s goals and directives, changes and updates within the department.
Use time efficient to ensure that each rep in the department is given adequate coaching and training time.
Develop new training materials as necessary for skills improvement.
Develop new sales initiatives to generate incremental revenues.
Build rapport and trust with staff members to facilitate the learning process.
Perform additional duties assigned at the discretion of the Vice President –Advertising.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent relevant post-secondary education or experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Management of a unionized sales team in call center environment.
Knowledge and experience with newspaper/magazine and/or on-line preferred but not required.
  High level of enthusiasm, energy and desire to win.
