Functions:

The Product Manager participates in every product management activity from the needs identification to the evolution and follow-up. The candidate has to do the market research and assure the bridge between the sales team, the clients and the development team in order to define the specification of the new products and any improvement of the existing products. This person will establish the product and service price policy and will evaluate their positionning toward the competition in the market in order to optimize the Corporation's revenue.
Participate and contribute to establish the vision, the direction and the introduction of products and services in the market;
Define and write specifications of the actual and new products;
Establish the price policy of each product and service and assure the integrity maintenance between our internal systems and the accesible systems by our seller and distributor;
Optimze the relations between the market share, the sale prices, the products and services cost and the profit margin;
Establish the systems that will do the follow-up and the optimization of our services cost price;
Keep an eye on and maintain up to date the information about the competition;
Analyze the strenght and weakness of the competitors in oder to do a better positionning of our product range.
Work with the sales team in order to optimize the sales, revenues and profitability of the Corporation.

Job Requirements:

Academic * Possesses a Bachelor degree in engineering, with telecom specialization * Possesses a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) an asset
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in product management
Has worked for a telecom company in the past.
