Functions:

1-Provides a full range and full scope of expert sales and customer relationship management support to Sales and Serve staff within an assigned geographic territory in order to maximize sales of international Parcel products and services within that territory (Air and Surface Parcel both domestic and international. 2-Achieve assigned portion of annual volume, revenue, margin and net contribution targets ($1 million) established for international parcels products and services from the Parcels Business Plan.
3-Develops and executes sales strategies and plans to convert opportunities in the sales funnel and to achieve targets and quota. 4-Engages Sales and Serve colleagues within assigned territory. Applies sales analysis, customer analysis and support tools that enable Sales and Serve colleagues to be more effective, productive and successful in identifying, targeting and converting opportunities for international sales.
5-Accompanies Sales and Serve colleagues on sales calls and provides expert support with particular emphasis on supporting major, new, breakthrough sales opportunities. Liaises with customers to better understand their requirements, effectively communicate the customer value proposition, and to effectively promote products and services that the LOB currently offers or is planning to offer. 6-Reports on the rate of conversion of opportunities in assigned portion of the sales funnel. Contributes to forecasts of revenue and profitability and other key performance indicators as laid out by the Director and the Corporation. Ensures timely submission of required reporting data.
7-Gathers market information, intelligence, and experience and reports back to the Director so as to inform management discussions and decision making with respect to product development, product management and marketing. 8-Stays abreast of developments in the international parcels industry in order to contribute to the design, development and implementation of sales and promotional initiatives intended to increase market share. 9-Takes on other assignments and performs other duties as required by the Director or the Line of Business.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have a university degree, ideally in an administration field.
Languages Bilingual, both written and spoken (French & English)
Experience The candidate must have at least 5 years of sales experience in corporate sales (B2B).
  Strong team player Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong relationship.
