Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of after-market aerospace products, spare parts and accessories and is in need a Director of Sales to handle their global sales force. You will be responsible for selecting, coaching and putting sales processes in place. You will be instrumental in putting together the sales structure, establishing KPI's and creating the different sales channels.

Functions:

Manage a team of experienced sales representatives located in different sales offices around the World
In charge of meeting annual sales target and profitability target
Develop and execute sales plans
Manage the team’s performance and the bonus incentive program
Have authority to negotiate prices & contracts within an agreed margin with the organization
Prepare and review encompassing offers / contractual agreements with sales reps and key customers (fleet solutions, value proposition)
Involvement in the preparation and negotiations of large deals with key customers
Work with Marketing, Business Development and Customer Services to pursue new opportunities
Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the sales team
Support the implementation of a CRM tool in multi-site environment

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree or diploma (preferably in business/marketing)
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) *Basic knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and/or Mandarin is a nice-to-have.
Experience Over 10 years of experience in a senior sales position in a high-tech industry
Over 3 years of experience in a management position
  Proven track record in a sales position
Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitudes
Ability to work in a multi-site environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and customer focus
