Their team develops performant framework and tools based on open source and proprietary technologies allowing the creation of sophisticated, flexible and scalable business solutions. Due to growth and demand, they are looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to handle warm lead requests, represent the company in networking functions, and take care of social media as well as other front line marketing activities.

Functions:

Promotes and sells our products and services to existing and potential clients - Ensure you meet your sales objectives - Identify and solicit new clients through phone, face to face visits and participation in networking events, tradeshows and other means.
Create sales promo's and promotional material as well as coordinate the writing of the content - Respond to customer requests, analyse their needs, understand their business model and propose solutions in terms of price, quantity, credit conditions, guarantees and delivery dates respecting company policies - Follow up on sales with clients and resolve different issues
Compile and update key sales information: Closed sales, prospects, cross sale, existing and potential client contact information, competitive analysis etc. - Inform management of client complaints and errors and propose necessary solutions - Complete a weekly sales activity report and participate in the sales committee
Participate in trainings on products and services - Identify and utilise external marketing communication or sales resources when needed - Coordinate management of web content, blog, vlog, social media, etc.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 to 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
  Able to work autonomously and with little supervision - Demonstrated capabilities in communication and team work - Strong needs base analysis skills - General knowledge on technology
