Functions:

Recruit and enroll prospective students for the College diploma and certificate programs. N.B. The majority of the leads are provide by the employer or inbound calls.
Provide information on available programs and eligibility requirements.
Provide assistance to students completing admission applications ; and review applications and related documentation for compliance.
Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues and problems and ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, company and/or regulator agencies in compliance with policy procedures and legal requirements.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have at least a post-secondary degree or diploma
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of two (2) years experience in sales or customer service; Marketing & Sales strategies.
