Company Profile:

Our client is a small but efficient plastics manufacturer in need of an Account Manager who will source and sell their products to the beauty, pharmacuetical, consumer products and industrial industries. Their strong commitment to quality allows them to sell to these industries. The account manager that they seek has to be savvy about resin prices and price their products accordingly. Training will be provided. You must have a strong aptitude for business.

Functions:

Representing the company towards current and new customers with good reliable relationships.
Understanding the product, what the cost structure is based on and profitability
Developing new markets and/or new products to better target customers needs.
Advising customers about the company's features -vs- the competition and exploring innovative solutions that will provide them a competitive advantage.
Setting up sales files (price listings, product features, etc.).
Ensuring that the production goes along the client's required standards by keeping track-record with the Quality division.

Job Requirements:

Academic *College Degree or equivalent work experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A 3 to 5 year minimum experience in industrial sales.
Experience in the plastic industry and/or plastic extrusion is a major asset.
  Energetic, creative, autonomous, sound judgement, resourcefulness, initiative, innovative, decision taker.
