Our client provides a complete range of services in information technologies and business process management from small to large companies. The Internal Manager, Client account position is principally focused towards servicing the client instead of pure selling (80% VS 20%).

Functions:

Reporting to the Marketing Director of Pay Services, the candidate will act as a Internal Manager, Client accounts. This job is principally the servicing of an existing customer base instead of pure selling (80% VS 20%).
PRINCIPAL RESPONSABILITIES :
Promote pay treatment and HR management solutions to existing clientele;
Promote new applications that can be added to modules pay services solutions to existing clientele
Answer to existing client base about promotion programs;
Explain and accompany clients interested in converting their pay treatment solutions;
Approach existing clients in order to propose news functions;
Do demonstrations on Internet to clients who demand it;
Update the monthly report with forecasted activities.

Job Requirements:

Academic Must have a college degree (university studies is an asset).
Languages * French with excellent written and spoken communication skills. * English, written and spoken, is a major asset.
Experience Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or in the implementation of payroll solutions.
Has worked for at least two (2) years for a 3rd party payroll company will be considered a major asset.
  Analytical skills, autonomous and adaptability.
Be sensetive to the quick turn around time offerred in our industry.
Demonstrated team work and organisational skills.
Demonstrated sense of initiative and flexibility in work methods.
