Our client is in the commercial industrial waste services business and is looking to fill a position for an internal sales representative. The internal sales rep is responsible for meeting the demands of existing clients, upselling and identifying new business opportunities within their accounts. In the case where a client wants to cancel, the internal rep will use their skills in negotiating and problem resolution to keep the customer. The internal sales rep manages the day to day of the account.


Establish and maintain a high level of satisfaction with clients -Obtain customer retention objectives -Communicate and collaborate with sales management in an effort to find solutions to our customers' preoccupations
Minimize lost accounts by sharing all cancellation demands with the assigned account managers and sharing your previously used strategies to keep those accounts - Identify potentials customers for the external sales representatives
Manage all pending cancellations and follow up until a resolution is found -Perform searches within your accounts, record the results and plan upcoming activities
Provide services to potential clients and present proposals, identify opportunities to sell other services to existing customers. -Reach or exceed sales objectives.

Job Requirements:

Academic The preference is for the candidate to have a DEC or a higher degree
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience This position requires that the candidate have a minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in telephone sales or another equivalent experience
  -Strong analysis and judgement skills. -Works well within a team environment. -Persistent and capable of influencing others


-Total compensation (base plus commissions) $45,000 -Pension plan -Insurance paid 100% by employer -Collective RRSP's after 1 year -2 weeks vacation to start
