Our client is a manufacturer of packaging products and is looking for a National Account Manager to manage their top 10 accounts in Canada and work strategically on some other national accounts. Your clients are national restaurant chains and processors. You must come from the industry and have cultivated deep relationships at the senior level.

Functions:

Cultivate direct contact and relationship-building responsibilities throughout the customer’s organization.
Maintain current business and develop new sales opportunities to support business unit’s overall growth and profitability objectives.
Mine and provide market / customer / competitor intelligence to sales management, pricing departments, and customer service.
Develop annual business plan for National Accounts and Processor Account responsibilities
Responsible for profitable customer management.
Support business unit objectives, including selling price increases and adjustments to the customer base
Leverage company's capabilities to maintain “vendor of choice” status for ideation sessions
Work with Sales Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives to assure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related sales experience required
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Requires a minimum of 7 years sales experience
Sales experience to include paper, foil, and film; rigid or flexible packaging sales
  Contract negotiation skills
Strong business acumen
