Our client is a large 3rd party call center looking for a senior director to take a leadership role with client management and operations. We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years as a call center director who has lead a team both startegically and through the day to day tactics needed. You must have customer facing experience with contract negotiation experience. PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE AND READY TO MOVE WITHIN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC.

Coach and manage your managers and their teams
Manage the end customer's expectations
Creates an environment where pride in work and sales efficiency are strong
Set clear objectives and manage to them
Manage and analyze key KPIs
Create an environment of strong team building
Initiates and implements new programs as needed
Manage the process of building action plans for your team members
Motivate team members
Develops programs and initiative to keep employee retention high

Job Requirements:

Academic *College degree required
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 to 5 years in a senior director role needed
  Must have shown strong leadership capabilities in the past
Strong customer relationship management skills ie managing customer expectations, contract negotiations etc
Experience analyzing data and reports required
