Functions:

Summary: Lead, train and mentor inside sales team; with focus on growth and maintenance of current client relationships and the development of sales opportunities. Produce sales and gross profits as determined by business plan.
Coach, train and motivate Inside Sales Associates to develop their skills and maximize their sales and gross profit. (6 direct reports).
Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve sales, gross profit, company goals and objectives.
Team Building - Ensure synergy and sharing with other sales managers.
Reporting – including forecasting, trending, territory analysis.
Change manager who can operate in a faced paced ever evolving environment.
Recruitment, performance management.
Create a fun, energetic atmosphere in a performance driven environment.

Job Requirements:

Academic Post-secondary (college or university) preferred.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 to 5 years of strategic business to business sales management experience (b2B).
Outside and inside sales experience.
  Sense of humour and a creative approach to all assignments.
