Our client is in the commercial industrial waste services business and is looking to fill 1 new position for a territory manager. You have a minimum of 2 years of selling experience. This external sales position means that you are responsible for increasing the revenue using a consultative approach in order to maintain the existing base of customers.

Functions:

Achieve and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction. - Achieve customer loyalty, and communicate and collaborate with the Assistant Sales Manager in order to find a solution to the concerns and specific customer problems -Elaborate and set efficient retention strategies and show solid negociation skills in order to reach sales objectives and preserve business relationships
Minimize loss accounts disseminating cancellation requests and reaching or overachieving the objective of customer visits in order to maintain the customer base in a proactive manner -Increase revenue and profitability by putting in place a solid customer loyalty visit schedule in order to improve customer service -Grasp the occasion when complementary or high end services are needed in the existing customer base
Show competencies in the commercial waste industry -Understand the service and pricing strategy and communicate them in an efficient manner -Be proactive when a business opportunity occur
Possess a great knowledge of the sector of activity of the business. Find inventive and profitable ways to satisfy customer's complex requests by pursuing net profit objectives -To have a great understanding of municipal, provincial and federal rules and be able to become a consultant by informing the customers of the repercussion of these rules toward their businesses

Job Requirements:

Academic Cegep or equivalent experience required
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience This job requires that the candidate have at least 2 successful years of sales experience as an external sales representative or 3 years relevant experience in a sales role
  Basic sales skills needed -Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques. -Strong analysis and judgement skills. -Works well in a team environment. -Persistent and capable of influencing others
