Our client is a manufacturer of automotive accessories and is looking for a Director of Marketing and Sales. While this role manages sales, the majority of what you will do will be marketing. Your role will be very much digital marketing, traditional marketing and helping the sales people sell more. This is a new position and you will measured on profitable sales growth and bringing teams together.


Setting, planning and achieving corporate sales targets at GP targets and within budget. -Direction, strategy and goal setting to the Sales, Marketing and Product Teams to fill the gap between current reality and our vision and goals
Alignment between Sales, customer service, Marketing and Product to the corporate objectives and each person is aligned behind the corporate objectives and strategies -Campaigns that wow the market and take the competition by surprise and bring in profitable revenue
Successful, seamless product launches than gain market share -Successfully identifies on market shake ups and market opportunities and capitalizes on them.
Builds key partnerships and relationships within the market that strengthen our brand and competitiveness -Building and strengthening the brand to increase profitability and market share

Job Requirements:

Academic Preference is for someone with a University degree
Languages Excellent spoken and written English required
Experience At least 7 years in a similar role -The candidate must demonstrate job stability ie not too many jobs in a short period of time
  Powerful creative ideas, with ability to select, focus and execute to completion. You are the marketing "go to" person -Excellent public speaking skills – presentation skills – and sales skills. Will be required to conduct sales presentation with sales team and must be the sales “guru”
