Company Profile:

Our customer is a distributor and manufacturer and is the Canadian leader in industrial hardware. Our customer is actually looking to fill a Sales Representative position to manage their existing industrial distributor base and to develop new business.

Functions:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director the Sales Representative is responsible to achieve the business objectives that have been set for his/her territory.
Responsible to provide weekly report to Sales Director.
Grow sales and increase market penetration within the territory.
Sollicit successful distributors to carry company products.
Support and maintain relationships with the existing distributors (approx. 100).
Provide ongoing support to those distributors.
Aggressively seek out new business opportunities either within existing business or new business.

Job Requirements:

Academic College diploma.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken).
Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in B2B sales.
The person chosen must have a proven track record and verifiable results.
Relevant experience in industrial distribution field will be an asset.
  The ideal candidate must be energetic and professional with superior communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Result and action oriented.
Collaboration / team player.
