The company, with their partners, designs, develops, installs and supports data collection system, and identification solutions for the market. Under the direction of the V-P Sales, the role and responsibility is for achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets in the assigned geographical and vertical markets.

Functions:

Develops quarterly plans to maximize sales volume and market penetration of the company products and service portfolio.
Drives sales growth through development of new business in new accounts within the assigned geographical territory and vertical markets.
Drive activities that will enable the growth of the company sales in our strategic markets by leveraging marketing/sales development programs and other resources
Drives sales growth through development of revenue within existing accounts within the assigned geographical territory and vertical markets..
Maintain and further develop partner and supplier relationships in line with the company's partner and supplier’s strategy
Time/territory management and prospecting skills are essential.
Strong planning skills; ability to work independently and within a team is essential.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, writen and oral presentation skills.
Proactive, creative self-starter with a strong commitment to quality of execution.
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, with strong aptitudes and attitude to adapt.

Job Requirements:

Academic *DEC or University degree
Languages *The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills in French (required) and English (asset)
Experience 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the manufacturing sector and in the technology sector related to IT in sales
  Be adept at developing relationships at many levels and able to react creatively to evolving situations and client account dynamics.
