Company Profile:

Our client is a well know distributor of industrial products and is looking for a national Account Manager who will be responsible for 100% new business development of national accounts.

Functions:

Prospect new National Account customers to deliver a minimum of 1 new account signing per quarter.
Ensure company'sReturn On Investment Criteria (ROIC), Gross Margin and earnings targets are met or exceeded.
Ensure continuous and strategic management of a new prospect pipeline that drives progress across multiple accounts.
Engage various levels of multi location, national account organizations to create cost reduction solutions that position company premium value and differentiates the company from its competitors.
Negotiate customer agreement to gain commitment and secure AGI key acceptance documents.
Manage the commercial and legal terms involving all stakeholders within the customer and company as necessary.
Determine pricing for the customer, based on extensive usage analysis and commitments defined in negotiations.
Work with National Account Management, Senior Management, and Finance/Credit to design and apply business filters to gauge sales potential, profitability and internal cost savings.

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor's degree preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 to 5 years experience in National Accounts selling to large multi-site customers in a sales hunting capacity.
  Professional demeanour and ability to work with all levels externally, as well as internally.
Should posess analytical skills
