Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of packaging materials and is looking for a sales manager to lead a sales team with their growth. We are looking for someone who has managed a sales team with "a carrot rather than a stick" approach. You are familiar and comfortable with the use of a CRM and influencing the sales reps to use it properly.

Functions:

Assist reps with sales and customer service -Perform regular 1 on 1's with sales reps
Assist sales people with special pricing requests -Bring value to your sales meetings -Submit yearly budgets
Visit customers with sales reps -Assist in solving customer service issues -Ensure that reps are selling at the most profitable margin
To motivate all sales reps in the group to ensure maximum involvement by promoting a positive atmosphere -To network within many groups (business, industry related or not, community specific, associations, etc.) in a quasi-ambassadorial role and promote the company -Ensure teamwork and cohesion within the staff. (all managers, reps and office staff)

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience At least 5 years of sales management experienced required
  You know how to facilitate motivating sales people -You have great relationships with other departments to make selling easier -You thrive in a fast-paced environment -You have a high level of integrity -You can and do adapt to a wide variety of sales people -You will not be overwhelmed with multitasking -You have an open door policy and are available for your people
