Functions:

•Supports the direct sales team in account planning and validating it against our product portfolio capabilities; •Delivers, manages and consults on generic network services solutions based upon specific customer needs as identified in the account planning process; •Participate in sales calls, when warranted, to provide product expertise (e.g. presentation & demo) and/or to ensure adequate gathering of customer requirements; •Qualify sales opportunities and contribute to formulate the sales strategy within the sales team;
•Leads in development of technically sound and innovative data networking solutions, taking into consideration all facets (e.g. manageability, economics, technology, implementation, timeframes and support systems), that address the customers’ business needs while aligning with the company’s business/product strategies; •Maintain high-standard of technical skills and awareness of emerging technologies; •Provide technical consulting to customers & internal teams, as required (e.g. market sensing feedback to Offer teams and technical training/seminars to peers); •Provide product management feedback;
•Support direct sales team in solutionizing standard engagements ensuring technical fit of the products proposed and support influencing key decision makers; •Responsible for solutionizing special engagements providing a complete solution documentation including but not limited to solution description, costing and network design diagrams; •Engage the Solutions Center for complex opportunities providing qualification, opportunity management and understanding the proposed solutions to influence technical decision makers; •Identify/resolve risks/issues and support carry out appropriate solution design reviews (Risk Management Process) to obtain technical solution assurance and sign-offs from internal pre & post-sale business and service-delivery stakeholders; •Facilitate engagement of subject matter experts to provide technical briefings to clients;

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must possess a bachelor degree in a related field.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) Excellent communication skills (oral/written and presentation)
Experience The candidate must have 3 years of pre-sales support/consulting experience in global networking industry
  ?Strong analytical skills with technical aptitude to learn new technologies quickly ?Good business acumen (incluant financial, cost accounting & negotiation) skills ?Proven ability to work with wide range of organizations and extended global teams; ?Work in a local-regional-global team environment promoting collaboration and teamwork; ?Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the efforts of others towards a common goal ?Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously and manage multiple competing priorities independently; ?Possesses effective interpersonal skills that allow for customer interaction at all management and technical levels
