Functions:

You will be responsible for developing new business development in a manner that reflects our corporate values.
You will utilize all sources of client networking including, cold-calling, trade shows, associations, and industry journals to identify prospects and to negotiate long term service contracts with new and established client groups.
You will also liaise with company operations departments to ensure superior customer service.
You will co-ordinate sales and account maintenance efforts with other sales resources (e.g., Customer Service Department and Administration).
Execute the leasing and sale of long-term third party managed machinery and amenity services and parking management systems/technologies and services to commercial and institutional markets.
The Sales Representative will have ongoing retention targets and will identify both short-term and long-term sales retention and additional sales opportunities to existing clients.

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree preferred.
Languages * Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken). * Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience Minimum of 3 to 6 years experience in consultative selling of third party management services in a business-to-business (B2B) selling area.
Experience selling a service such as leasing.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating long-term service agreements – including terms and conditions.
Possess succesfull cold calling experience with an aptitude and attitude for the cold calls.
