Company Profile:

Our client is a rapidly expanding microbrewery and are in need of a sales supervisor. This newly created position is to supervise a team of 10 sales people on the island of Montreal.

Functions:

Take care of, supervise and manage 10 sales people so that they may hit and surpass thier objectives
Ensure that company politics are adhered to and that objectives are communicated and applied to the team
Work hand in hand with human resources in an effort to recruit and for any disciplinary actions
Establish work standards
Manage the different agreements with customers and suppliers
Develop and maintain a network in an effort to build relationships with associations and partnerships with clients
Work in collaboration with other departments of the company
Deal with customer complaints

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor's degree preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 3 years sales supervision required
  We are looking for a hands on manager who will spend time with his/her reps on the road coaching and helping and with customers
Action and Results oriented
"Listens"to his/her reps
Great drive
Sense of urgency
