Our client has a worldwide presence and due to expansion is looking for a new National Account Representative to join the team. They are based on Ontario and are looking for a bilingual rep to relocate there for 2 years or you already live in Ontario. This job involves training a sales team that does not report to you, motivating a team that does not report to you and pushing a team that does not report to you to achieve great sales results. We are looking for a strong, persuasive person who has media sales experience and/or sales management experience and training experience. This is not a cold calling job but an account management and training position. We are a performance based company.

Functions:

Complete a market evaluation and strategize with media management on the necessary steps to achieve the agreed upon revenue target
Make presentations to both prospects and sales people
Train the Management, Sales and support staff on the application and usage of our software and materials that are necessary to run a successful program.
Work with management to guarantee that a critical time-line path is adhered to and followed by both management and account executives to guarantee positive results.
Support and supervise, with a Project Manager, the tasks of coordinating materials, and other necessities on-site, to achieve program success

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 8-10 years in the business of media sales
  We are looking for a roll up your selves kind of person
Hands on approach
Must have stamina and excellent presentation skills
Must be able to interact with senior managers and sales executives
Past media sales is a must
Experience selling b2b

Benefits:

2nd year earnings should be $125k-$130k and 3rd year in the neighbourhood of $150k
