We are looking for a technical account manager to provide technical solutions to a client base in industries that include pharmaceutical, automotive, food and beverage, waste and water treatment, aerospace, chemical,petrochemical, power, and HVAC.

Functions:

Become a product expert – you must possess the technical competency to articulate operation, features/benefits, and competitive advantage to customers -Develop and maintain relationships with current customers in an effort to gain and grow business
Develop account growth plans and forecasting -Be proactive by hunting for new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking, while nurturing and maximizing existing client relationships
Using company’s CRM, provide weekly sales call reports detailing new activity and project updates -Work with Management Team to develop objectives, goals, business plans, forecasts and budgets
Remain knowledgeable of current market conditions, competitor activities, and industry advances -Work with internal departments to ensure the company business objectives are being met

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor of Science, Electrical/Electronic Diploma, Instrumentation/Automation Technology Diploma or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 3–6 years in instrumentation sales (preferably from an instrumentation distributor)
  -Sales professional with effective negotiating skills -Successful ‘Hunter’ -Team player with a focus on customer excellence -Superior time management and organizational skills
