Company Profile:

Our client sells consulting services to companies across Canada. This new position is to market their services to businesses across Canada in conjunction with their head office. This position also manages the relationship with our 3rd party call center.

Functions:

Positioning of the brand and development of the brand awareness of the company in the Canadian market
Responsible for all external marketing communication: developing key messages, company statements and value propositions.
Responsible for company website content and on-line marketing activities.
Responsible for all promotional materials-tweaking what we have and developing new
Gives feedback to the 3rd party call center
Develop print, TV, radio, on-line media opportunities and related content.
Liaison for marketing matters with head office
Develop lobbying opportunities
Conducting market research on potential new business offers and make recommendations.
Developing and proposing action plans for new offers
Use matrixes to measure responses

Job Requirements:

Academic *University or Business School degree with Marketing major
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)-strong written skills in English needed
Experience 7 to 10 years experience in marketing in a B-to-B company (Consulting, Software,Telecom), including significant experience in operational marketing, especially in call centre management.
Sales experience would be an asset.
  Must have strong written skills in French
Need to be energetic, able to generate new ideas and be a quick learner
