Generates a large amount of profitable new business each year.
Addresses and manages clients' strategic business.
Achieves and exceeds annual goals set by the company.
Builds strong and long-lasting business relationships.
Generate and qualify prospects through diversified prospecting techniques (cold calling activities, networking,...) - 80% of the time.
Use a variety of methods to generate prospects ie cold calls referrals.
Source, participate and drive RFP’s and RFI’s.
Service customers after they have been won in an effort to upsell.
Manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
Maintain an up to date sales funnel and keep management appraised of progress.
Help customers and prospects with a performance based culture within their organizations.
Participate in industry trade shows from time to time.
Maintains and grows business with existing clients (year #2).

Job Requirements:

Academic University Degree preferred.
Languages * Fluent French, written and spoken, required. * Functional English required.
Experience Minimum 3-5 years successful outside sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
Experience in the recognition, incentive or event industry would be a plus.
Has strong experience in business development and/or account management.
  Top hunter, presentations and solutions-consulting sales approach.
Has an intuitive understanding of how to build business relationships.
Has powerful customer service skills and high level of professionalism.
Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
