Functions:

Management of a small sales team
Selling the raw materials used in manufacturing
Maintaining and developing key relationships with International customers.
Supervising and some dotted line responsibility .
Coaching, guidance and feedback to strengthen key skill areas.
Staying at the forefront of our industry developments by meeting with technology developers and attending industry conferences around the world.
Gathering & Analyzing market data and trends within the global market and report back to senior management.
Implementing best practices and processes that will lead to improved performance.
Manage clients & suppliers overseas at off hours is required (i.e. to be accessible via email during evening hours).

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor's degree but an MBA is ideal
Languages *Excellent written and spoken English required
Experience 7+ years industrial sales experience is required.
2 years supervisory experience is required.
  Resourcefulness, initiative, insightful judgment and good analytical skills are required.
Experience selling raw materials is an asset.
The candidate must be self-motivated & independent.
The candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational and planning skills.
