Company Profile:

Our client is the provider of web, audio and video conferencing to corporate customers. They are in need of a key account manager who will be in charge of a base of customers. We are looking for someone with a background in IT/Software/Saas recurring services sales. This is a new position.

Functions:

Account Management of a portfolio of the company's largest customers.
Meet & exceed revenue targets as set by the company.
Build high level strategic relationships with key users and decision makers with the aim to secure and increase revenue through growth and new business.
Identify and exploit further growth opportunities within those client accounts (e.g. new moderators, products, services, applications, locations).
Maintain high activity levels at all times. (8 face to face meetings per week and phone calls into your base).
Ensure that once all revenue opportunities have been realized in the agreed timescales that accounts are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain an expert knowledge of products and services, key applications, the Market we operate in, our competitors and their offerings at all times.
Account planning and opportunity/pipeline management via defined methods.
Submitting timely and accurate sales reporting.

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree preferred but equivalent work experience accepted
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 years successful sales experience within a similar industry or sales structure
  High quality business reporting and proposal writing skills
Proven team player, working with internal support staff to provide solutions
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Excellent negotiating skills
Excellent telephone skills
