Our client is a well known manufacturer of clothing and is looking for a senior account manager who can and has dealt with the major retailers across Canada.

Functions:

Manage the client relationship for key accounts, functioning as a single point of contact for the client
Designing and implementation of approved strategies for business development
Design strategies for new business development, relationship building and meet targets for growth within the assigned business sector and client base
Overall responsibility for the development of new business for the assigned business sector and/or client base, assuming full accountability for achieving defined revenue targets
Setting of goals and objectives and ensuring a continuous flow of communication to the organization
Consulting with the clients to analyse and understand their businessneeds and determine which strategy will best fit requirements

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelors degree in Business, specializing in Sales or Marketing or equivalent
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 to 5 years (minimum) experience in a sales environment ideally within the apparel industry or packaged products.
  Ability to translate competitive market conditions and translate the information into sales growth opportunities
Effective leadership, communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record in managing effective customer relations.
Awareness of target markets and product offerings of competitors.
