Functions:

Develop and lead the strategy for the sales group which consists of 6 to 8 sales reps
Set and monitor realistic performance goals through a formal process
Implement and administer processes to inspire direct reports to overachieve set objectives
Uphold and develop the organization’s vision, mission, values and direction - communicate strategic aims clearly and concisely
Motivate and empower staff – stimulate direct reports to formulate innovative and creative ideas for improving sales and day to day responsibilities
Manage departmental budget and review cost against revenue generation
Use the best technology available to improve efficiency and reduce deficiencies
Understand the needs, business objectives, problems and buying processes of customers and prospects

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team of sales people
  This role requires being in the field 70% of the time and is based in Montreal. The assigned territory is the Greater Montreal Area, including the city of Ottawa
