Company Profile:

Our customer is a focused high technology medical device business with leading global market positions in Wound Management (comprising advanced wound care products for Leg Ulcers, Malignant Wounds, Pressure Ulcers, Burn Care, Foot Ulcers, Scar Management, IV Therapy and Post-Surgical Wounds)


Maintains and frequently review sales history, forecasts, current stock levels and lead times for purchased inventory to meet operational budgets; Coordinate and execute forecasting updates with sales & marketing team and plan corrective action to maximize customer service; Negotiate where applicable, process and expedite requisitions/purchase orders to approved vendors for finished goods and miscellaneous general supplies; Monitor and track open purchase orders with suppliers, customs/traffic and regional 3PL warehouses;
Monitor, track and release back orders; Maintain and update MPS/MRP parameters; Overall management of over 200 products at three 3PL warehouses; Stock adjustments, balancing and accuracy of all inventory as required;
DRP planning for regional 3PL warehouses; Review and process OSD, SAF, pricing and other relevant claims against suppliers as required; Liaison with suppliers, customer service, sales and marketing and the distribution centers on issues and solutions; Coordinates purchasing vendor approval and benchmarking programs
Planning/buying activities with marketing for new product/packaging implementation; Assists in preparing the inventory and purchasing budgets; Prepares KPI’s and activity reports in the functional areas.

Job Requirements:

Academic College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in administration or commerce
Languages Bilingualism (French and English) both oral and written.
Experience 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in forecasting, planning and inventory management in a computerized environment
  Energetic and self motivated professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills Hard working, flexible and a strong team player Confident in himself to suggest with tact and diplomacy some new, challenging and efficient methods and ideas. Flexibility in work schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and from 9:30 to 6:30
