Functions:

?Ensure the business development of the company by taking the necessary means to meet profitability and sales goals of the company. ?Improve the sales systems.
?Maintain strategic business contacts with principal customers and prospective clients of the company.
?Colloborate with the marketing and service department for to the positioning of our product in order to identify the market trends and the needs of our target clientele. ?Provide the expertise necessary and all useful information coming from sales to senior management (General Manager, Principal Finances and Administration Director) in order to facilitate the analysis and decision-making concerning the company direction.
?Manage a sales team (8 to 10 on outside representatives) working with customers from the industrial market. ?Develop sales techniques of team members in order to create value added products and services.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have at least a Bachelor in administration (or equivalent).
Languages French written and spoken, English is a must.
Experience The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years in external sales team management. Relevant experience in industrial distribution market.
